However, the card uses an address based out of the UK, and I do not think our Versapay payment system can process payments from the UK with a UK address. I will instruct the billing team to partner with our payment application team to see if these payments need to be manually processed outside of our Versapay platform. For the audit purposes, the client will be removed as deactivated / collections if/when they are deactivated in WellSky.
