The Payroll department does not not communicate with CG regarding this.

 

If this is the case in future, your responsibility is to connect with the case manager and they will follow up.

Hi Maurice,

 

The security question asked if employee's will not set up an auto deposit for e-transfer. You don't need to do anything with security questions. 

 

Just add her amounts with this week's payroll.

 

We don't need to e-transfer for again as we have a payroll this week.

 

And let me know when you are done with the preview. Then I will check.

This e-transfer was returned because Diva could not answer the security question. Could you please connect with the caregiver and align on a security question and answer.

 

Please do this for all etransfers in the future.
