This caller seemed interested in home care. While they weren't ready to move forward now, it should be entered so that we can optimize our ads accordingly, which seems like something the team should already know. Plus, wouldn't this be a situation where the person doing the intake should have captured the person's name and told the caller they would follow up in a few weeks to check in on if there's any other info we can provide them?
