We attempted to call and get the forwards in place, but it appears that Shaw is in a backlog for these types of requests. They stated that you'll need to email inquiries@shawbusiness.ca with the case #*02092542 *and request to have the numbers forwarded to 778-403-6150 (Temporary 8x8 number). They said it should be completed within 30 days, but it typically doesn't take that long= . We asked if there was any way to expedite the request and they didn't offer any other solutions. I will proceed with submitting the port requests today to get the ball rolling on moving the numbers over to 8x8.
