Hopefully more promising news to come!! @Paul Kahn For the pilot phase, all clients on the LifeGuard program are getting the service for free as they are all Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients. For the LifeGuard Pre Care pilot, beginning in January, clients will be paying for the service @Shadi Gholizadeh I have attached a report below from one of our active clients. The CSMs go over the data with the families and look for abnormalities (client not bathing, client not sleeping, client spending more time than usual in the bathroom, etc) so that we can make recommendations based on data. I would be happy to discuss in more detail with one of my CSMs and yourself if needed. Thank you, On Mon, Dec 9, 2024 at 4:35=E2=80=AFPM Paul Kahn wro= te: > Joey - really encouraging.
