Hi Audra,

For Toronto, I do not believe there should be any Uber charges. The few CG
that did use Uber, used their own accounts. I tried to log in into my
Mavencare Uber account, but I no longer have access to it to verify this
information.

Regarding HelpScout, for TO, it’s easy enough to get rid of it and forward
the generic emails (customer-care, hr, and support@mavencare.com) to my
TheKey email address since it’s just two of us. However, one feature
HelpScout has is the voice messages - does HCA/TheKey use something like
this? Or does 8x8 or Frax have this capability? Just wondering how we would
pick up our VM messages from Bria/iSymphony currently if we get rid of
HelpScout.
