It could be because their are a several of different ways to extrapolate this information with varying results. The profit summary for November does in fact yield 44 clients, so I agree with you there. Now to attain the new clients for December, I've looked at the KPI Dashboard, which says we have 8 for the month. I've also run a report on client start dates for the month of December, which yields 10. (what are you using for this) For the final number you gave (45) I assume you mean active clients? I currently see 41 clients as active (determined by visiting the "clients" page and double checked by reviewing the dashboard of live-view clients by week). By those numbers, we have a potential of 54 clients and to date only 41 are active for a total retention this month of 76%. Can you please clarify the specific reports used to attain both new and active clients.
