As things stand now, in light of your preferred hourly rate of $24.50/hour and our higher than normal labour costs for your staff, the current model is unsustainable for us. What=E2= =80=99s more, with the pending increase to minimum wage of 7% and the highly competitive market for caregivers the cost of labour is increasing significantly. Obviously you have the choice to seek out alternatives; however we feel this change will allow us to make a fair profit while improving our chances of attracting the profile of caregiver you demand. As it stands now, we have had a lot of turnover and we feel a new billing and pay structure will give us the option to better attract the talent your looking for.
