I think I me= ntioned to you that we prepare 2-3 biographies of potential caregivers. You m= ay select one and we're happy to schedule a trial visit. I always feel it's b= est to see the caregiver over the course of a 4 hour shift then a 15 minute i= nterview. One may have the personality you're looking for but not the approa= ch.
