I have attempted to answer Shamemma's questions below:
- What is her bonus that she is to receive? - we are yet to calculate
the August bonus. She is eligible for the bonus up until August 30. Waiting
for a confirmation from Ashley Mirone.
- Are we sticking with 2 weeks pay? - She has worked for us
approximately 4.5 months and a 2 week severage package is reasonable.
Please confirm with the Alberta Employment Standards Act.
- Benefits remain active until September 31st? - Correct.
- I will process her accrued vacation time on the next cheque. Along
with the bonus.
- Anything else that I'm missing? Not that I can think of.
