I will speak with Arthur regarding the diapers schedule. He will be changed every two hours and repositioned. As for the meals. I'll review a meal plan with Arthur and next week I will visit on Tuesday next week and drop off our Balanced Care Manual, which includes various recipes that he can follow. I will also have him chart every meal so we can keep track of exactly what he's eating. I will update the care plan accordingly and brief the other caregivers involved.
