We have been unable to provide consistency of care which as you mentioned is of the highest priority when dealing with Alzheimer=E2=80=99s. We have placed the service on hold until further notice. In the meantime I would like to offer you 12 hours of care at no charge should you wish to try a caregiver of ours again in the future. I will work with Maxine directly to ensure we select a caregiver that can commit to your schedule long term. Should you have any questions, please don=E2=80=99t hesitate to contact me directly. I will be in touch with Maxine as soon as I have a chance. Thank you for your understanding.
