The 12 month cap is meant to be used on individual clients who use our services on a weekly reoccurring basis. For any facilites that refer you clients, you will receive a commission for each client for a maximum of 12 months. Therefore the 12 month cap only effects the individual clients, not the referral source (ex: 12 month cap on shakarchi, but not agence dore as the referral source) I would like you to continue following up with residences for staffing needs. This is still a business model that we can continue :) I hope this clarifies things, let me know if you have any other questions. Timothy.
