Retargeting ads via facebook. They perform quite well, especially via mobile. 2. We use a service called "Optin Monster" (optinmonster.com) on our website. It hits users with a pop up once they've spent over 60 seconds on our website, or when they have "exit intent" (meaning when they are about to leave the site). We hit them with an engaging pop up that explains how the government can pay for a portion of home care. By entering their email address, they get access to the tax credit document. This can be replicated with any content, such as brochures, blog posts, etc. We collect the email addresses and add them to our newsletter. We currently convert 3-5% of traffic. 3. Blog - Maria has been writing monthly blog posts focusing on health and wellness. The articles perform really well and we boost them to specific audiences on facebook. For instance, if the article is focusing on cognitive health, we'll boost it to an audience that has an interest in alzheimer's / dementia (we've had click through rates of over 10% on some articles). We're now going a step further and approaching referral sources for blog content and the response as been good. Now we have partners creating the content for us and we look good because we give them visibility as our our distribution list is over 5000 subscribers.
