Ultimately you have to be comfortable entrusting your mothers care to us therefore I think the next step would be to schedule an in person meeting. There's much to go over and Maria has a lot of questions but I see no reason why we can't make this work. As Maria mentioned on our first call, having access to your mother's care plan would be helpful in determining whether or not this is feasible. In regards to the deposit, should there be any medical emergencies that require care to be cancelled or put on hold, we would refund the deposit in full.
