Hi all! It looks like my role in this is to update the CallRail "this call will be recorded ..." prompt. I have attached a recording that has the prompt in Canadian French and English. Please review and let me know if this recording is acceptable. If so, below are the Canada-specific sites I show in CallRail. Should all be updated? If not, please indicate which sites should be updated with the new recording. Thanks, Mark Warner

The reason that there is a different number on Google now is that we finally added the Callrail tracking numbers to the Canada GMB pages, which is in line with our attribution best practices. We should have let you know ahead of time so you wouldn't be caught off guard, apologies. Please note all Canadian GMBs will now have separate tracking phone numbers.
These are all set up through CallRail, which Montreal has been on since we acquired the location. We inherited the setup from the 20Eight Digital agency and the Montreal website phone numbers all say "This call will be recorded for quality assurance." at the beginning in English. We set up the GMB phone numbers in the same way as the website phone numbers (used for calls from the website for organic, paid, etc).
The GMB phone numbers route to the same numbers, in Montreal's case that is 514-907-5065. Tim worked with IT to set up new IVR recordings as part of TheKey brand transition. If the CallRail greeting or IVR recording needs to be changed, please work with IT to do so.
Separately, I will set up a call for us to talk about call tracking in general, as well as to learn more about your operational processes now that we are focused on making sure attribution is working seamlessly for the Candian offices for paid advertising.

Our new number on the listing is: (514) 700-2263 Our old number is: (514) 907-5065 Both numbers do work but the number our existing clients use, the number we give out, and the number on our email signature is 514-907-5065. The new phone number also starts off with an English " This call is recorded for quality insurance purposes". If we proceed using this number, we would need to adjust and have that translated and recorded to French before the English version. If you can put me in touch with someone who can fix this?
