I spoke with CDHC and I can bet none of these clients should be billed. There is some error in how we entered some of this and I have been advised by blue cross to cross reference everything and then send them an email for the days they did not pay and they would make exceptions if they are valid. We urgently need to set up a meeting to discuss this as we have had countless calls from client very upset. *Respectfully, * *Shawntel Sousa, LPN* Client Success Manager | TheKey Mobile: 403-305-6588 Office: 403-301-3777 On Thu, Dec 4, 2025 at 3:52=E2=80=AFPM Marc Atkinson wrote: > Good Afternoon Calgary Team, > > We finished our CDHC reconciliation for all open invoices which have had > short and partial payments applied to them. > > I have just granted you three access to the spreadsheet in Google drive s= o > you can all take a look and review. > > Seen below are some of the summary highlights of the overall financial > impact as well as the impact per client. > > I just finished sending emails to every client who will need funds moved > over from the CDHC to their private pay accounts.
