It took a good chunk of time, but I understand that's part of my job. I am now ready to go, but IT is telling me I can't send my email. They want me to stop my day to create 5 or 6 separate mail merge spreadsheets and send 5 or 6 emails to invite everyone to our event. Celeste did not mention that to me... Do you have any influence on this? Like everyone, I have many tasks to complete in a day, and quintuple working spreadsheets and emails seems like a big waste of my time. Thoughts? TheKey limits the amount of emails that can be sent at once to 50 unique email addresses. This policy is in place to limit the spread of malware virus containing emails. Please break the email down into smaller units by sending multiple emails. Again, limit the total number of recipients to 50 folks, including internal users who you maybe CC'ing on the email.
