The POA express= ed concern that Komal could not support Kathleen on shift and wanted a re= placement (see snip of his text attached). Komal was replaced and informe= d=C2=A0 but claimed it was discrimination because she is pregnant. She cl= aims that her OBGYN clears her to work full duties, although we do not ha= ve this documentation.
