Again, as our large sites go, our company generally goes. So it is critical that we eliminate the drag that many of our large sites are having on the company. I'm planning on changing up the format a little. I create heightened urgency around sites not growing and at the same time allow sites that are growing to remain focused on their sites and not have to sit through painful calls. So, the new format will be: -Sites with positive growth *week over week **AND trailing 4 weeks over 4 weeks *will be given a pass and not required to attend the call. We will measure this every week and sites may graduate off the calls for some weeks and end up back on the calls if their performance declines. -Sites with negative growth *week over week AND/OR trailing 4 weeks over 4 weeks* will be the focus sites to be drilled into. These will also be discussed *in order of magnitude of % decline trailing 4 weeks over 4 weeks.* We will also go through the sites in the order starting with the worst performance and finishing with the best. We will spend a disproportionate amount of time on the worst performing sites. So, for tomorrow: *Chicago-Congratulations! You do not need to attend the call tomorrow!* *We will be discussing the following sites in this order: Vancouver, CT North, DMV, Broward Dade, Palm Beach, NJ, NY, Atl* The goal here is to motivate all leaders to get to consistent improvement/growth and to eventually get these calls to where nobody is needing to attend. The sooner we get there, the sooner these calls can cease. As I mentioned before our first call. Don't come to the meeting expecting to just read out on what we can already see in the numbers. This is about ownership of your performance, actions you are taking and accountability for performance. If we all commit to this, we will grow.
