I recommend considering applying some kind of informational recording to the Michigan lines for a period of time instead of a "hard" disconnect. If desired, we can play a recording and automatically route the caller elsewhere or we can play the recording a couple of times and disconnect the call. 2. A couple of users are directly associated with the Zoom Phone Michigan office configuration. Eventually, we will remove the Michigan office from the overall Zoom Phone platform configuration. If those users remain with TheKey, we will need to associate them with another office. We can do this anytime, as it will not affect their current ability to answer Michigan calls until the official April closing.
