I requested that she to review the email sent on Wednesday at her earliest convenience so we can discuss available payment options and work together to avoid any disruption in care for her parents. She acknowledged this and noted she was unable to continue the conversation at that time. I will follow up with her Monday morning to allow her time to review over the weekend.
