It's not a fun process but we will have no choice but to implement it. My brain is not very IT-oriented, so my only solution was to put these logs physically into each home. Caregivers fill them out every hour. Our caregivers are not trained on this kind of reporting so the results will be inconsistent. Ultimately, we will do this but it won't be easy. Anyway if any of your brains think more efficiently than mine please let me know as if its not easy for caregivers it will not get done Sharon Sharon, Speirs General Manager Vancouver, BC Office: 778.279.3634 sspeirs@thekey.com TheKey.ca [image: TheKey] ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Rogers, Joya [VCH] Date: Wed, Apr 1, 2026 at 2:20=E2=80=AFPM Subject: ACTION REQUIRED : Client care observation logs due April 20th To: Home Care Assistance Cc: Shao, David [VCH] , Umali, Eden [VCH] Hello Home Care Assistance/The Key VCH is undergoing a review for all HS clients receiving exceptional HS hours (above 8 hours per day) in the community.
