It wasn't very clear in the CSM notes all that was discussed with the client. I just wanted to be sure we were working with them to make schedule adjustments as needed. Example, maybe not 24/7 but only day shifts or just night shifts, etc. Really anything that would cover their LTC. Keep us posted on what they end up doing for care.
