Hello again Cheryl and Team,
We have requested this previously and would like to ask again if the Carer, Jerry who is currently working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8am-8pm could have his shifts changed from 12-8pm Monday to Friday. Coverage would only be needed for 8am-12pm Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday.
Jerry is truly an outstanding Carer and has proven invaluable to my parents on so many levels. As my Mom’s condition declines and her ALS symptoms have become more prevalent Jerry is so knowledgeable on ways in which to help her. He goes above and beyond his entire shift. It would be so much more beneficial to them to have the consistency of him being there Monday to Friday and he is more than willing to adjust his shift.
If there is anything that can be done to support this request it would be greatly appreciated.
