The rep I spoke to advised that the combined hours for Janu= ary & February do not even come to 175.37 hours. Bob Lewis is under t= he impression that they were still at 175.37 hours, but that is not what = Alberta BC told me. We are going to need to have this conversation with h= im.=C2=A0 Thus, may you please connect with Bob to see if he can prov= ide the approval letter for January and February? We need to confirm how = many hours we can resubmit for both months and also to determine how many= hours the client is going to be approved for in following months, if kno= wn. We will then need to adjust our billing authorization accordingly.=C2= =A0 Irene Huber: CDHC denied February hours from 2/2 to 2/6 but a= ccording to ABC, these hours can be resubmitted because Irene was able to= gain coverage from 2/6 onwards. They also advised that the client has ap= proved hours for the rest of February. However, she did exceed at the end= of January. Marie Hillier: ABC advised that we should get in tou= ch with Marie's case manager.
