Hey Tim,
Here are 3 short term intention Duepree House clients we started in June.
As we’ve discussed we take everything DH asks for in order to keep all
competitors out. They are owned by episcopal Retirement Homes. That
relationship generates over $2,000,000 annually in Cincinnati.
I’d like to have these 3 clients removed from the June retention metric as
it will punish our staff for no fault of their own.

We took on the following clients from DH in June who will not hit their
July retention goal knowing they were short term:
Mac Brodie- Needed driven to an appointment
Jean Morrison- had a knee replacement and needed short term help following
the procedure
Robert Nau- had a medical incident and only needed 24/7 for a day to give
his family time to arrive to be with him
