We had an incredible level of interest, with nearly 50 team members wanting to attend. As we finalized details with WellSky, we learned that 10 complimentary seats are available for the summit. Rather than viewing this as a constraint, we see this as an opportunity to be very intentional about how we bring the learning back to our teams. After reviewing the summit agenda and session materials in detail, it became clear that different roles will benefit most from different parts of the content. Our approach will be to: - Send a focused group of leaders to attend the summit and engage deeply with the material. - Capture key learnings, best practices, and system tips from the sessions= . - Deliver *field-specific, role-based trainings* that are tailored to what each team actually needs in their day-to-day work in WellSky. This allows us to translate the summit content into practical, actionable training for the field=E2=80=94rather than asking everyone to sit through t= wo full days of material that may not apply to their role. We will be emailing registration codes directly to the selected leaders who will attend the summit.
