The issue was not due to Payroll sending or using the wrong file independently. Rather, the Compensation team provided Payroll with an incorrect file, and that file was used to process the payments. The discrepancy in the file was not identified by Compensation until after Payroll had already been completed. Please let me know if you need any additional details.
