What do you think the next steps in communication should be? Ive attached a copy of her signed contract. This decision is based on TheKey=E2=80=99s misrepresentation of a key term = of employment. The company=E2=80=99s official website clearly advertises weekl= y pay for caregivers, which was a major factor in my decision to accept this position. However, I later learned that TheKey Calgary operates on a biweekly pay schedule =E2=80=94 a term that was never clarified verbally or transparently explained before I was asked to sign my contract under time pressure. I would have appreciated it if the pay frequency had been clearly communicated prior to hiring, as I believe this falls under TheKey=E2=80=99= s responsibility, especially since it differs from what is publicly advertised. This constitutes a material misrepresentation and a breach of the good-faith basis of our employment relationship. As such, I consider this relationship to have been broken by the employer and am therefore resigning effective immediately. Please confirm receipt of this email and ensure that my final wages are paid promptly.
