Our CGMs are some of our lowest paid employees after caregivers so asking them to donate, which they would because they love their CGs, does not sit well. Lastly, some of our sites are HUGE with large cg pools but very limited field staff. A site of 300+ CG has an office staff of 10. Will enough food be collected by those few individuals to make the impact we want? An office potluck would be more well received than a food drive for our employees by our employees and more aligned with what sites ba e previously done in years past to gather together for the holidays.
