The Marketing Gift Initiative has kicked off! *The Calendars packages are on their way! * Track your Calendar Gift Deliveries Here on the SLC Tab under the yellow "Calendar Tracking Numbers" column. Vancouver has it's own tab. These went out to SLC on your SAP at the time the initiative started. *What to Expect Next: * 1. The Deliveries are Signature Required and Attn To: Activities Directo= r 2. You'll receive an email when the4 accounts you own have their package delivered/signed for 3. You possibly will receive calls/txt/emails from these accounts to book programming. Should there be a call to the B2B 833 phone number on = the card + flyer, the LHA team is being trained on what this initiative is a= nd will warm transfer the callers to their account owners. 4. *You'll **visit your SLC SAP accounts within 2 weeks of delivery to confirm receipt of their package and talk about booking Programming - Documenting with "Tied to Sales Initiative": 2026 Calendar Delivery Mtng= .* (The call to action in the gift and card is to meet and book programming= . Attached is a screenshot of the programming flyer within the package.) Current SAP activity goals on SLC's is 1 meeting per week, so completing this within 2 weeks, so this can be woven into your current visits. 5. *Success criteria: an increase in SAP SLC Programming (B2B or B2C) at these accounts in Q1, and we meet our Goal of 2 Programming per Quarter = in Q1. The Programming that are being counted in this initiative are differentiator events for TheKey and listed below. * 6. *Tip: Life Enrichment Guide #2 is delivering in the coming days - this is PERFECT to bring a copy to t**he Calendar Delivery Mtng. * 13 Declining Site 2 Programs per Q Speakers Bureau Facilitation to Professionals Speakers Bureau Facilitation to Consumers TimeSlips Facilitation Event Memory Care Cafe Facilitation Mind Fit Series Event Support Group Facilitation Event Life Enrichment Guide Event Facilitation TK Essentials Book Event Facilitation We will be measuring the success of this initiative in the coming weeks, and we greatly appreciate your partnership and positive effort in this initiative.
