Ellen Charles and Jim McGruder were both Closed Won in Aug but ended up not starting until September. Carol Dippoito was marked as an assessment when it was really an informational session with Brooke. Price seemed to be an issue as they wanted to use insurance coverage and asked about Medicaid during the conversation. John Millhone is at The Forum has been assessed and his family has not made a decision yet. Jen has been following up with them on a regular basis. Regarding the B2B leads that have not been converted, Jen did close those out as not wanting services @Jennifer Roenker can you please provide details for Kevin on these?
