 Good Afternoon Las, 
     
  I am really hoping you can help me resolve this issue. Our long term client Vijay has insurance coverage through Medavie Blue Cross. We are a preferred vendor and I have already set Vijay up as our client with them. There is a payment assignment form that needs to be filled out by both Vijay and TheKey. I have attached the blank form and the one that Vijay has filled out. TheKey is yet to sign the form. Additionally, TheKey is asking for a letter from Blue Cross regarding the coverage. I believe Vijay has requested this letter from Medavie already.   
     
  In the meantime, we have been billing the client directly and this is becoming very problematic for Vijay as this process has been painfully slow. Can you please help me expedite the process to get Vijay on direct billing so we can stop charging his card? I am here to help and will get you anything else you need.
