The company match will be tied to us hitting the canned donation benchmarks outlined below. For every benchmark reached, we will award one caregiver=E2=80=94nominated for *Caregiver of the Year*=E2=80=94w= ith a fully paid certification. To be clear: We are only asking employees to donate canned/non-perishable items. The company will cover the cost of the caregiver certifications. Tiered Company-Wide Targets We=E2=80=99re setting clear milestones so everyone can track our progress a= nd celebrate shared wins: - *Goal 1: 200 items (One Caregiver)* Baseline milestone to build early momentum. - *Goal 2: 400 items (Two Caregivers)* Strong cross-regional engagement (~25% participation). - *Goal 3: 600 items (Three Caregivers) * Demonstrates widespread company buy-in. - *Goal 4: 800 items (stretch goal) (Four Caregivers)* Exceptional participation and generosity. @Tiffany Silton - Thank you for the thoughtful idea around themed holiday bags. Teams are welcome to assemble themed bags if they=E2=80=99d like a more personalized touch; however, this is completely optional. All individual donated items will still count toward the company-wide goals. Keeping the core drive focused on canned items helps us maintain simplicity, ensure consistency across regions, and avoid creating barriers that could reduce participation. Please let me know if there are any questions or additional feedback.
