I don't believe Rogers has the option to e-mail a PDF invoice, but rather their "paperless" process e-mails a link that requires login. We can update the address to deliver to a different address that would get it over to the correct AP contact, or we can turn on the paperless delivery and the AP team will need to login each month to download the PDF invoice. We currently have a billing user setup for the AP team's utility_rent@thekey.com e-mail address. Please let me know which would work best, or if we have any other thoughts on how to proceed.
