So if you were in Canada you’d just go into the local office…I see.

This setup is rough. We need to close this account asap. One of my top
priorities.

The initial request to provide me an access had no online wire transfer and
adding it will require updating the ownership and a new request.

Ok, I will contact Scotiabank to know the process of getting you access to
the account.

I can’t now do wire as I am out of Canada and can’t do it online.

Hi Laszlo,

Everything is fine. Thank you!

We have two bank accounts with Scotia bank and one credit card. One of them
we never use. I have attached the last month SOA of the two bank accounts
and you can see below the most recent transactions on the bank account and
credit card. I think you have first to adjust the bank account on Bambora
as all EFT and credit card payments are linked to this bank account and the
rent cheques have to be replaced. All cheques received from the customers
coming under the Oakville name so you also need to open a new account or
request the clients to change the name which I think required changing the
name on the invoice.

As you can see below. There are many direct debits on the credit card
account. Those need to be canceled or we have to provide a new payment
method to them.

Please let me know if  there is anything else I can help with.
