There are two smaller conference rooms on opposite ends of the second floor
(~7 seats). There are two tiny rooms, labeled as "phone booth" for privacy
calls. No washrooms on the second floor. The rest of the office is an open
space.

There's the main kitchen in the basement and a smaller one on the main
floor - is this space shared?
