Certainly want input from Liz here, but Iād suggest we update to billing@thekey.com and have our helpdesk team use something like Google Translate or that translation service that the HR team just setup. Currently the invoices are sent out via quickbooks from the email account adminmtl@thekey.com. Tim Sr and Sumira have access to that account and were triaging the emails. Most are in English but some private clients communicate in french as well as all institutional partners. Do you think we should update the account to billing@thekey.com and have the help desk forward any french emails back to Tim Sr? Or should we leave it as is and have Tim Sr / Sumira forward the english communications to the billing team?
