We can have IT route all = emails sent to adminmtl@thekey.com routed = to the billing@thekey.com email address so = it creates tickets for those inquiries automatically, in addition to = updating whatâs on the PDF invoices, and train Help Desk to = forward emails/translate them as appropriate. I think this will improve = the client experience and allow Sumira to be a bit more laser focused on = invoice accuracy as her primary KPI. I also have the French invoice translation we got to create the PDF, we = could import commonly used words and have the system translate them for = us to make the process a bit easier as well. Most = are in English but some private clients communicate in french as well as = all institutional partners.
