I completed an intake call with TA today for the HR Manager, Canada and you will see the role posted shortly.
What to expect for the HR Manager, Canada role process:
* The recruiter will screen candidates and present them to me for 1st round interviews
* If I move a candidate forward, they will complete the Hogan IDA assessment and move to 2nd round interview with Chuck Leu
* We have you slated for the 3rd round interview and will work with you on timing/scheduling.
* 4th and final interview Julie Fletcher
I’ve looped in Toni to provide any updates available on the Accounting Manager position as I do not have visibility into that effort or process (finance facing).

We are beginning the process of integrating payroll across Canadian sites as well as consolidating the legal entities into one. This will require additional resources. I'd like to know if we've received any candidates for the HR and Accounting Manager positions. I see the Accounting Manager has been posted on Bamboo but I'm not seeing the HR role, unless I missed it.

Sounds great re: HR Manager, this is exactly what I was hoping for. In addition to this role, my understanding is that we will need a finance / controller for Canada. Have you had any discussions around this? I'm meeting with Gary this afternoon in hopes of further clarifying the role.
As for the HCL's we have an open position in Calgary that needs filling asap. I'm awaiting approval for Winnipeg and Vancouver which should come through shortly. I'll keep Brad and Toni updated on these.
And finally we have to backfill my position with a new GM in Montreal. I have an internal team member that I will formally put forth as a candidate. I'll summarize that in a separate email later today. In the meantime, I believe Brad has posted the job out for external candidates.

Below are a few updates:
* For the Canada HR project: Confidentially, the original generalist role that we discussed has been upgraded to a HR Manager, Canada role. I am working to source a fully experienced HR Manager who has direct Canada experience. As such, I'll be searching outside of Home Care Assistance. I can keep you posted separately as this progresses.
* For HCL/Robert Half support: Brad is working with the agency contact on reviewing the HCL profile. He will get time on the calendar for you, Audra, Jackie, Toni and himself.
Additionally, I'd like to virtually introduce you to Toni Vivian, the new Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition who joined Home Care Assistance last week. Brad and Toni will be able to support your hiring needs moving forward. I'll be behind the scenes supporting them, as needed.
Do you have an estimated time frame when you know the HCL roles will be open/need to be filled?
