Just to let you know, this firm is the Landlord and Owner of the sign.
Under the terms of their lease, the Tenant has the right to use the sign,
but they must also maintain it.

So, to be clear, is your firm going to take the Lexan front of the sign
down, and repaint it with a new Logo?
