Stratus is the national sign manufacturer contracted by The Key to rebrand their signage for this location.

We are seeking landlord approval for the enclosed signage package as indicated in the attached artwork.

If the proposed artwork meets your approval, please sign and return the enclosed form.

We will then proceed with obtaining all necessary permits to complete the signage rebrand.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
