Re: 8x8 - Montreal

This is perfect, thanks Joey.

I've added this information to the calendar invite on Wednesday's
anticipated Go-Live date for 8x8 so the Telecom Manager is able to assist
in Forwarding.

Also, I know that we are very backed up so I've asked the Telecom Manager
to submit a port request to get all those phone numbers off of Rogers and
into our 8x8 system sooner rather than later as this process has been
taking 3-5 weeks lately. Please let me know if you have an issue with that.
Otherwise, we should be all set, just make sure your users are well-versed
on 8x8 and are logged in as often as possible. Remember, you can always go
into your 8x8 Work App > Select Contacts > Select Company > Pull up your
site name "Montreal" > View all users and their statuses. Users who are
logged in should have a green check mark status bubble and those who are
not will have the gray x status bubble. Please see example below:
