Good Morning Sarah,
I have added my responses in red.
Thank you for the clarification,
------------------------------------
Hi Joey,
All these clients you mentioned starting in June, their Client Start
Outcome Bonus will be assessed two months in arrears as we have to wait for
the data (hours & duration of care) to be received so that the system can
determine what they are in the animal kingdom and calculate correctly. I
was asking regarding the Animal Kingdom #s (How it is classified in AP) for
the month of June, these clients had started in May 2023. Will their animal
kingdom designation be classified using the new or old animal kingdom?
With regards to the Closed and Won Bonus, that is based on what is
initially entered into the system based on their needs (Salesforce), that
is pulled as they are converted to a client in ClearCare. As they are all
$50, it does not particularly matter at that point what they are classified
as for monetary purposes. The data for the proof will update based on what
they end up being defined as. For the closed client numbers, it was my
understanding that bees were paid $0 and all other animal kingdom
designations were at $50? Please clarify.
Additionally, any client created prior to June 1st will be categorized
based on the old parameters of 20 hours per week vs 30. If this is
referring to the Marlin Evans client mentioned above, it was created as an
opportunity and quoted at Cheetah hours at the time on Feb 22nd, 2023. It
was only pushed through to SF on June 5th as it has a start date of June
16th.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Best,
Sarah
