Re: Referral account

Thank you Carolina.

I think these are the issues throughout Canadian offices.

1) Recent Salesforce adoption and the activities prior to the adoption is not reflected in Salesforce.
2) Floor duty shifts are not entered as a new referral anytime there is a request for few shifts/line.
3) Duplicate accounts.

Tim: Is there any other way we should document these accounts when we get the floor duty shifts? If not, this is going to be an ongoing issue with data integrity.
