📎 Client Success Rack and Stack 1.16.23.pdf
Hello Regional Directors, Half way through the month and here are our metrics through 1/16/2022. The CT seems to continue to hold the top spots for billable hours. Shout out to Mia Henricks in Tx with 23 starts (tell us your secret Mia). Let's keep the focus on balancing our teams and sharing your success with each other. Please look at those in the bottom third of the report and see first should they be on the report (let me know if inaccurate) and if they should be, how do we drive them to the expected goals. Here to help and support. We all win together so let's continue to work together. Love any and all feedback.
