Shoutout to Nadine A from NJ holding the top spot for Billable Hours at 31,443 and Mia H. from Texas with 33 starts. Awesome job!! Congratulations to 25 of your fellow teammates who hit the target goal of 13,000 billable hours. Additionally we had 31 Client Success Managers between 10,000 and 12,999 billable hours (oh so close to hitting the goal). For starts we had 35 of your Client Success Managers with double digits - great job. Two continued suggestions - balance your teams so you are maximizing everyone's potential and opportunity and let's clean up this report as I still see names who should not be on here. Tomorrow on the Regional Director call we will show you what should be done daily as part of your Client Success Regional Managers responsibilities to ensure only Client Success Managers are on this report. Let's make February our best month ever and our goal has to be retention of every client. Our Client Success Managers need to know our clients and be timely and responsive.
