Good afternoon Debbie,

Thanks again for taking the time to get to know one another a little better
this morning.

It was encouraging to hear about the exciting growth and positive changes
taking place at The Key.  In my understanding of our conversation you are
looking for someone exactly like myself who can demonstrate to be
autonomously self driven, highly engaged and driven to succeed.  Just as
important on the client front, someone who is adaptable to find the best
solutions for clients to attain the best quality of life possible to become
a trusted partner for their present and future care needs.  I have a proven
track record in all of these areas.

In addition I bring substantial expereince as it pertains to business
Development and sales quotas.  Specifically developing short and long term
strategies and monitoring performance and making appropriate adjustments to
exceed sales quotas.  I have extensive experience using a CRM tool such as
Salesforce.com and have also implemented its use and provided training and
coaching on such tools for sales force and individual use.  In regards to
geography, I am well acquainted with most of BC and have worked previously
in the lower mainland of BC surrounding Vancouver.  To help put it in
perspective the distance from my home to the office in West Vancouver is
approximately that same as San Fran to Oakland or Richmond.  That being
said I am excited about the knowledge I have with the province to uncover
the potential the population here in BC has for the service available
through The Key to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
