I'll get you set up for Montreal. According to Zoom, storage is unlimited.

Hey Mark, For Montreal, would I be able to get admin power to do this? Also, will voicemails eventually fill up a ring group once they reach a certain point and then no voicemails can be left? Thanks,

Understood. Who all should have delete access to the ring groups? Zoom's perspective on this is that anything going to a group voicemail should be managed by a specific person (or persons) as it might be easy for no one to return calls as they might think someone else will do it ... or ... there are those that will just hide behind voicemail, delete them, and not call the caller back in order to avoid work. I know that sounds pretty pessimistic, but there is a degree of truth to it which is why Zoom designed their call queues that way.
Anyway, with that, I just want to make sure we have you covered for the degree of access you wish to grant people the ability to arbitrarily delete group voicemails.

Hi Mark, Yes, I am referring to if someone calls lets say the "New Client Line", and leaves a voicemail. If I call them back and speak to them, I should be able to delete that VM even if its not coming to my personal line. We had that power under 8x8. Thanks,
